The ASB North Wharf Building project is a stand out in my portfolio, it was a quantum leap in innovation in sustainable design and functionality setting a new standard for commercial spaces in the New Zealand construction industry. During the design phase I was in the client role leading the building services consulting teams towards innovation and sustainability and then later I led the mechanical contracting team that completed the detailed design of the HVAC and building management systems.

The transformation of the ASB Property Portfolio, showcased my ability to drive significant operational improvements. Before sustainability was embraced by ASB, I introduced a multifaceted energy efficiency strategy that reduced energy consumption by 23% across the property portfolio.
The Sovereign Building project exemplifies excellence in green building practices. My leadership involved a holistic approach to the integration of sustainable building services, from design through to construction and operations, ensuring that every aspect of the building contributed to its eco-friendly credentials.
